Overview
By placing an order with RelicWing Jewelry, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Due to high demand and the handcrafted nature of our pieces, additional preparation time may be required before shipment.
Once an order has been processed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Orders may take longer due to high demand, handcrafted production, customs, or carrier delays
All orders include tracking. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking link provided.
RelicWing Jewelry is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
Delivered Orders (Proof of Delivery)
If tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
RelicWing Jewelry is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect address input
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly in these cases.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Customer must contact us before initiating a return
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Shipping delays within or beyond the estimated delivery timeframe
- Orders marked as delivered with valid tracking
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo evidence of the issue
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You will attempt to resolve any issue with us before contacting your bank or payment provider
- Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution
We respond to all disputes with supporting evidence, including:
- Order confirmation
- Tracking and proof of delivery
- Customer communication history
- IP address and transaction verification
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be contested.
