This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by RelicWing Jewelry.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed
  • Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, additional preparation time may be required before shipment.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Orders may take longer due to:

  • High demand
  • Handcrafted production
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the tracking link

If tracking updates appear delayed, this is normal and depends on the shipping carrier.


Shipping Delays

RelicWing Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or external disruptions

Delays do not qualify for refunds.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • Reshipping may require an additional fee

Delivered Orders

If tracking shows that the order has been successfully delivered, it is considered fulfilled.

RelicWing Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address entry

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly in these cases.


Lost Packages (In Transit)

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us so we can assist you

We will review the case based on tracking information before offering a resolution.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees or import taxes may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
